How can a rigid system be moulded to become a flexible, fast-acting company? With Lean Logistics. For this, we have adapted the tried-and-tested Lean concept to our individual requirements in our capacity as a logistics company. The Lean Logistics system encourages and challenges employees and management alike. The latter are trainers and mentors who ensure that everyone in the company is permanently preoccupied with process improvements and solving problems in standardised ways.
In order to establish such a flexible system, changes are required which put a question mark over the value of many years of work. We have accepted this fact as we wish to use Lean Logistics to achieve continuous improvement, acquire new customers, tap
new markets and thereby secure jobs.
