What is our vision? Our values? What objectives do we have? Find out here.
Vision
We follow the precepts of "lean logistics" that form part in our corporate culture.
They have made us a leading specialist for process improvement. And we'll continue
to uphold them – so we can remain a successful, independent logistics service provider
who grows steadily and improves constantly. Too long? Then just think: "Huppertz
goes lean".

Working With Us
"Lean" stands for "lean engineering", and it originated with the "Toyota Production System" developed in Japan after World War II. It is about focusing entirely on what internal and external clients really want. The most important thing is to create flow in your work processes and eliminate all the waste. We translated this system to our own “Lean Logistics”. It helps us to identify and avoid all forms of waste early on. To do this, we set up standards and then continuously enhance them. As you see, "lean logistics" is more than a tool. It's a guided improvement process and the foundation of everything we do.
Our Objective
At Huppertz, leadership means the senior managers lay out the strategic objectives for the entire company. Then, all the employees set up and commit to demanding objectives for their own areas of responsibility. This way, everyone feels invested in their own objectives. If a particular objective hasn't been reached, we promptly identify the discrepancy, communicate it and redress it with structured corrective actions. We benefit from our commitment to open communication in order to develop constructive solutions.
Our strategic company objectives.
