The Huppertz Log Lab is a communication and consulting center. An idea laboratory.
A network for brainstorming and neutral views on any processes. This is where we develop the lean logistics programs, analyses, quality and training systems that we then consistently implement for us – and our customers. It is a network of lean specialists equipped with all the tools needed to apply the lean philosophy to operations. Internal and external courses, events, team and individual coaching help to implement and manage the required changes. The Log Lab is also the birthplace of all the process improvement programs that are specifically tailored for customers' unique needs.

 

Profile

Huppertz Log Lab is a new communications center – a "think and do" tank with a
strong focus on the future and sustainability. We analyze waste in operations and administration and develop solutions to achieve improvements using our Lean Logistics Model, based on the Toyota Principles. Huppertz Log Lab directs its energies both inward (Huppertz) and outward (clients).  We train other companies in the Huppertz Group in events and workshops about all necessary Lean Logistics Tools and the necessary management skills such as conflict management, team moderation or communication. In addition, we custom-engineer supply chain optimization concepts
– and help our clients implement them. Huppertz Log Lab is responsible for new strategic developments and enhancements.
