Our integrated management system offers a host of benefits. For example, it allows us to comply with all customer and statutory requirements for ESHQ – environment, safety, health and quality. This pragmatic, dynamic tool evolves constantly and easily adapts to new situations as long as you plan carefully and take appropriate action. To keep our internal targets – which are stricter than the legal minimums – we have our system officially audited by outside experts every year. In addition, there are monthly audits of our qaulity standards. All in all, we can be confident that our internal management system will continue to work smoothly in the future.

Q1 Award
Huppertz won the coveted Ford Q1 Award in 1999 as the world's first facility that sends knocked-down vehicles to assembly plants. The Q1 Award is granted in recognition of delivery reliability, agility, accuracy, completeness and intactness of deliveries as well as the satisfaction of the assembly plants as the ultimate customers. As such, the Q1 Award sets the bar extremely high for organizational activities. We are continuously recertified by our customer.
SCC/ SCP - Safety Checklist for Contractors/Personnel Services
As a technical service provider, we work at our customers' facilities and lease personnel to clients. These activities have been certified. SCC is a certification system that reviews the environmental, safety and health (ESH) performance of technical service contractors. Certification depends heavily on whether all employees and managers meet the demanding ESH training standards, especially with respect to minimizing downtime and accident frequency.
EfbV – Specialized Waste Management Company Ordinance
We meet all the requirements of the EfbV – the German Specialized Waste Management Company Ordinance – for the collection and transport of all waste disposal codes. That permits us to pick up all products and substances declared as waste from our customers and transport them to a recycling facility.
SQAS - Safety and Quality Assessment System
SQAS is an assessment system for logistics companies who store, transport and distribute dangerous goods. Relevant facts are evaluated to determine the "quality" of the environmental, safety, health and quality management system. After the evaluation and assessment, a report is issued to confirm that the process has been completed. The report is stored in a database and can be retrieved at any time at www.sqas.org.
