06 Lean by Communication

How can I raise acceptance for the implementation of Lean within the company? What role does communication play in this context? How and where should communication take place – and how rather not? The Huppertz Report 06 tries to give some answers to these and other vital questions from the spectrum of "Lean by Communication".

In Huppertz Report 06, representatives of Huppertz Group management, spearheading the Lean way for over three years now, critically discuss that way. They tell us about trying to find new solutions to the greatest of all challenges: to achieve sustainable acceptance for the new way and to further secure a Continuous Improvement Process by adequate communication.
